I'm a run coach based in Brooklyn, NY. Running has been a defining part of my adult life. Even when life gets busy, I seem to find my way back to it, whether I'm chasing a goal or just getting outside after a long day.
For a long time, my training was erratic. Between grad school, demanding jobs, and a life that rarely slowed down, I'd have stretches of consistency followed by weeks where I'd barely squeeze in an easy run. That inconsistency made me question whether I could really stick to a plan or reach the goals I cared about.
What changed things was accountability and structure. I found myself a coach. This decision helped me train in a way that fit my schedule, preferences, and constraints. It gave me the confidence to train smarter and eventually PR in the marathon, half marathon, and 5K.
Five marathons, too many halfs to count, and I'm still learning something every training cycle. That's what shapes how I coach: personalized plans, real-time adjustments, and consistency that actually sticks.
To help ambitious runners achieve breakthrough performances while keeping life in balance. Every runner deserves a plan that works with their reality, not against it.
