Hi, I'm Olivia Papa

I've been running for close to twenty years: mile races, major marathons, and everything in between. I've run five World Majors (Boston, NYC, Berlin, Chicago, and London), all while working demanding jobs, getting through grad school, and figuring out how to train around a life that doesn't slow down.

What I've learned: you don't need more miles. You need the right miles, at the right time, with the right support around them.

I've followed the generic plans, done the programs that assume your full-time job is training for a race, and pushed through workouts that felt impossibly hard, questioning whether I was even fit enough to hit a certain pace. It's hard to know what to do! But I've come out the other side with a clear picture of what actually works for people who love running and want to make room for everything else, too. It's all about balance and focus.

Intro Call

A casual 30-minute call. We'll talk about your goals, your schedule, and how I coach, and figure out if we're a good fit. If it clicks, I'll send over the athlete questionnaire right after.

Athlete Questionnaire

A detailed form covering your running history, current fitness, schedule, and goals. Takes about 15 minutes and helps me build a plan that actually fits your life.

Personalized Plan

Your full training plan (runs, strength, recovery) delivered weekly and adjusted as things change. No rigid templates.

Ongoing Coaching

Weekly check-ins via text or call so I can see how things are going and adjust as we go.

We start with a free intro call to discuss your goals and see if we're a good fit. From there, you'll complete an athlete questionnaire, and I'll build a personalized training plan. We communicate regularly via text/phone, and I adjust your plan based on how training is going.
