Hi, I'm Olivia Papa

I've been running for close to twenty years — mile races, major marathons, and everything in between. Five World Majors so far (Boston, NYC, Berlin, Chicago, and CIM), all while working demanding jobs, getting through grad school, and figuring out how to train around a life that doesn't slow down.

What I've learned: you don't need more miles. You need the right miles, at the right time, with the right support around them.

I've followed the generic plans. I've done the programs that assume you have nothing else going on. I've pushed through workouts that made me question why I signed up for this. And I've come out the other side with a pretty clear picture of what actually works for people who are serious about running but also serious about the rest of their life.

Intro Call

A casual 20-minute video call. We'll talk about your goals, your schedule, and how I coach — and figure out if we're a good fit. If it clicks, I'll send over the athlete questionnaire right after.

Athlete Questionnaire

A detailed form covering your running history, current fitness, schedule, and goals. Takes about 15 minutes and helps me build a plan that actually fits your life.

Personalized Plan

Your full training plan — runs, strength, recovery — delivered weekly and adjusted as things change. No rigid templates.

Ongoing Coaching

Weekly check-ins via text or call so I can see how things are going and adjust as we go.

We start with a free intro call to discuss your goals and see if we're a good fit. From there, you'll complete an athlete questionnaire, and I'll build a personalized training plan. We communicate regularly via text/app, and I adjust your plan based on how training is going.
You'll get a fully customized training plan, weekly check-ins, ongoing plan adjustments, race strategy guidance, and direct access to me via messaging. I also provide guidance on cross-training, strength work, nutrition, and recovery as needed.
Plans start at $100/month and are customized based on scope. I ask for a 2-month minimum — that's just enough time to start seeing real results. We'll align on pricing during the free intro call.
